Junior Network Engineer (urgently)
Job Description:
- Monitoring and administration of Telephony system, Contact Center system, Window Server 2008/2012, and network infrastructure.
- Manage and maintain in network, system, security, IP PBX such as routers, switch, Wi-Fi, Firewall, and Proxy Server, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot networks, systems, security, applications to identify and correct malfunction.
- Collaborate with vendors to implement and maintain IT infrastructure.
- On call to customers for support where possible when customer needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, IT or other related field.
- Age between 22-26 years old or new graduated are welcome.
- Thai Nationality.
- Have 0-2 years’ experience or interesting in IP Telephony, Computer Networking based on Cisco products would be preferred.
- Certification of CCNA is an advantage
- Able to work with high pressure environment and extra hours.
- Able to work in shift as an on-site engineer at customer’s site.
- Positive attitude, good service-minded, good interpersonal, and teamwork skills.

System Engineer (Fresh Graduates are welcome)
Job Description:
- Implementation and deploying the Contact Center system on new customer and also maintenance of all existing customer.
- Setup plan and schedule projects, this includes an overall project rollout plan, timelines to customer.
- Implementation of the new application product to deploy in future business.
- Configuration system hardware and software and Unified components, including integrate 3rd party product follow by customer requested.
- Handle a project and customer relations problems promptly and appropriately, including conduct customer meetings and maintain communication with account team.
- On call to customers for support where possible when customer needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, IT or other related field.
- Have hands-on experience or interesting in PABX, VOIP, or Telephony system technology would be preferred.
- Experience with IVR or Contact Center system will be an advantage.
- Proficient in writing documentation.
- Able to work with high pressure environment and extra hours.
- Positive attitude, good service-minded, good interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Capability to learn new product knowledge.
Senior System Engineer
Job Description:

- At least 3-5 years working experience in Telephony design, installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshootings will be advantage
- Have hands-on experience with PABX, VOIP, or Telephony system would be preferred.
- Experience with Contact Center or IVR system will be an advantage.
- Proficient in writing documentation.
- Able to work with high pressure environment and extra hours.
- Positive attitude, good service-minded, good interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally findings and progress to the customer.
